Nudii is an independent app. We read every support email and aim to reply within 48 hours. The fastest path for most issues is email — no account or ticket system needed.

Why does Nudii need an iPhone 15 Pro or later?
The AI model runs on the phone itself instead of on a server. That privacy-first approach needs more RAM than older iPhones reliably provide. We'd rather be clear upfront than over-promise on devices that can't run it smoothly.
Why is the app around 3 GB?
The AI model and most artwork live with the app instead of being streamed from a server. Larger download, but no cloud dependency for conversations.
Is everything completely offline?
Chats, memories, and pet state stay on-device. Purchases go through Apple. Optional website waitlist signups are handled by Formspree. Support and privacy emails reach us through standard email providers. If you turn on voice input, audio is sent through Apple's speech recognition APIs for transcription — we don't run our own servers for that.
Can I recover a departed nudii?
Yes. Free Legacy Rebirth lets you continue through your nudii's next life, Single Revive is a one-time rescue on the death screen, and Deep Diver Premium includes ongoing revival access.
Can I restore purchases after reinstalling the app?
Yes. Premium species, environments, and active subscriptions can be restored through Apple. Used consumables do not restore after use. Because Nudii does not currently use cloud backup, deleting the app can erase your nudii's local memories, chat history, and progress.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, tap Nudii, and choose Cancel. Your Deep Diver benefits stay active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds directly, but we can help you figure out what went wrong — email [email protected].
How do I delete all my Nudii data?
Uninstall the app. Because everything is on-device, there's no server-side copy to clean up. Apple can still restore eligible purchases later, but not your nudii's local memories, chat history, or progress.
